An amateur stargazer and conspiracy theorist has made some eerie predictions warning that our days are numbered given the possibility of the world ending in September.
According to Christian numerologist David Meade, the upcoming solar eclipse on August 21 could spell doom for mankind setting into action a chain of events that could wipe out the human race.
Speaking to a non-scientific British newspaper – the Daily Star, Meade used passages from the Bible to back his shocking theory, in particular, Chapter 13 of the Old Testament Book of Isaiah.
Speaking about a planet called Nibiru, Meade explained how it will appear in the skies on September 23 and then crash into the Earth, bringing an end to all life.
First, he says an eclipse – dubbed the “Great American Total Solar Eclipse”- will take place on August 21, a unique event which more than half the world will bear witness to and cautioned that the upcoming eclipse is a warning sign not to be ignored.
“The Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017, is a major, huge, harbinger.
“See, the day of the Lord is coming – a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger – to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.
“The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light.
“The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light,” Mr Meade said.

Using a calculation based on the Bible, Mr Meade warns the eclipse will start in the US. In his words:
“The moon involved is called a black moon. These occur about every 33 months. In the Bible, the divine name of Elohim appears 33 times in Genesis.
“The eclipse will start in Lincoln Beach, Oregon – the 33rd state – and end on the 33rd degree of Charleston, South Carolina.
“Such a solar eclipse has not occurred since 1918, which is 99 years – or 33 times three.”
Nibiru, which is also referred to as Planet X, is a hypothesised planet on the edge of our solar system.
The paranormal researcher has previously claimed the exact date of the collision will be in October this year.
Nibiru has been predicted to end the world on various occasions since 2003. Conspiracy theorists also believe the gravitational influence of Nibiru disrupted the orbits of other planets hundreds of years ago.
The stories of Nibiru causing apocalypse has been mostly brushed aside as a mythical, fascinating story. But since NASA confirmed the existence of a hypothetical new Planet X deep in space in the solar system, the conspiracy theory behind this doomsday event has gained momentum.
Scientists have evidence of the Neptune-sized mystery planet orbiting our sun in a highly elongated orbit far beyond Pluto. On August 21, the total solar eclipse will mean the moon completely covers the sun and is the first time for 99 years for North America. According to the believers, the solar eclipse will serve as a warning for the coming devastation.

Even though there’s a severe lack of evidence behind Meade’s sensational claims – with even Nasa labelling it an “internet hoax” – many people are still adamant it is real.
