Diego Costa has opened up legal proceedings against reigning Premier League champions Chelsea. Costa claims the Blues are blocking him from returning to Spanish side Atletico Madrid after being told by Chelsea gaffer Antonio Conte that he is not part of his plans for this season.
Conte ruled the striker out of his plans for this season after the bust up they both had last term over the latter’s proposed move to China

Costa is currently in Brazil on holidays whereas his Chelsea teammates are preparing for the defense of their Premier League title when they host Burnley on Saturday, August 12, 2017.
Costa is however frustrated that the Blues should let him face the exit doors since the club’s handler has declared him out of his plans
Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, has once again made it clear that Diego Costa is not in his plans anymore. The Champions began their campaign in shocking fashion, losing to Burnley 3-2 at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea ended the game with nine men after Captain Gary Cahil and Cesc Fabregas were sent off. Conte, in an interview with the BBC after their 3-2 loss to Burnley on Saturday, stated that he was focused on working with the players at his disposal.
The Italian was especially pleased with new boy Alvaro Morata, who came on with the team three goals down and scored one.

The former Real Madrid star also laid on the assist for David Luiz to grab a second, although it was not enough to prevent defeat.
Costa has been ostracized from the Chelsea squad after Conte sent him a text message telling him to look for a new club and the former Juventus coach is not ready to change his mind.
